I love to read and I love to read about growth. This is a short list because I learnt this very very important life lesson a long time ago. If you are going to read a book that helps you grow, it is better to read one author, pick them, study there work and implement it. Rather than read 20 books on the subject and do nothing with it. I used to be a binge reader, now I read three books at a time and I do it slowly, sometimes a chapter a few months, incorporating the lessons into my life. It is the way to true change and growth rather than just having it go in one ear and out the other because you read too much, tried to implement it all and you crashed and burnt.
