How to stay sane during lockdown
Lockdown is coming and being locked in a house with the same people may drive you a little bit bonkers and play games with your mental health so here is an article on how to survive lockdown!
If anxiety is left unchecked, it can roam free and absolutely decimate your happiness. If you want to learn to not only control it, but defeat it, then you have to learn about it, what drives it, why it affects you. But for now, I have my top tips on how to handle it on a day to day.
These are my personal tips that I use day to day, they may not be relevant for everyone but they are what I do and they help me! So if you are a little like me, maybe they can help you too!

I love to read and I love to read about growth. This is a short list because I learnt this very very important life lesson a long time ago. If you are going to read a book that helps you grow, it is better to read one author, pick them, study there work and implement it. Rather than read 20 books on the subject and do nothing with it.
I live by the sea. Always have. Always will. Although I prefer the land and I don’t actually like surfing or water sports, I have always lived and need to be near the sea. When I wrote this meditation, I had in mind all the amazing people around me who love the sea and are suffering with not being able to control their emotions very well. Its not an easy feat, we all get so caught up in the moment. If you are someone who has a short fuse or you’re young and you’re not sure why you have all these feelings and where they are coming from. I hope this helps you :)

I have been having a very and down few weeks, due to me making bad food decisions and not training, I am not good at eating processed food, turns me into a grumble goose.
